High school program for anxiety and depression.

Waves of Goodness is partnered with five PhD therapists and educators to create a program for high school students dealing with anxiety, depression, suicide, loneliness and isolation. The program will focus on how to help students break out of this despair and heaviness, including how to get outside of themselves and serve others.
